Double-Fatal Crash: Man, Woman From Northern CT ID'd As Victims In Pennsylvania Two Connecticut residents were killed in a crash involving a stolen dump truck that alleged crashed twice in Pennsylvania. Jessica Laine created the fundraising campaign two days ago, shortly after her fiance Emanuel was seriously injured. The injury happened on Saturday, Dec. 26.
