Special Needs Van T-Boned In Clinton, 7 Sent To Hospital: Fire Department A special needs van was T-boned at an intersection in Clinton on Thursday, Jan. 26, sending several people to an area hospital for treatment, fire officials said.  The crash happened when a work van collided with a Keissling Transit van carrying several adults with special needs and staff members on Brook Street just after 8:30 a.m. to HMEA, authorities said.  The driver of the work van was treated on the scene and released, a Clinton fire captain said.
