Officers Taunted During Southbridge Brawl State Police, Called In To Help Three people are facing charges following a large group fight in Central Massachusetts this weekend, which required help from State Troopers to de-escalate.  Southbridge Police responded to a report of a large group fighting in the area of Cross Street around 12:16 a.m. on Saturday, June 17, the department said on Facebook.  Upon arrival, officers found a large crowd fighting in the streets and sidewalks.
