Tolland County resident Marissa Marks, age 41,  of the town of Somers, was arrested on Tuesday, May 23 for allegedly misusing parent-teacher organization (PTO) funds, the Connecticut State Police reported. Covid-19: CT School Near MA Border Closes After Worker Tests Positive An elementary school in Connecticut will be closed for several days after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
