Traffic Moving Again On Route 2 In Lancaster Morning Of, Thursday, Aug. 13 Traffic on Route 2 in Lancaster is back to normal as of 8 a.m. Traffic was nearly at standstill early Thursday, Aug. 13, morning. George W. Stanton Highway’s eastbound lane after Exit 36 (Shirley Street) was backed up all the way to the 190 on-ramps. The reason for the gridlock is not yet clear.
