Man From Region Sentenced For Role In Northeast Grab-Go Theft Scheme A Connecticut man has been sentenced to 15 months in prison for participating in an extensive commercial larceny spree. Andres Barclett, aka "Coolie", age 27, of Hartford, was sentenced on Wednesday, Dec. 1, followed by two years of supervised release, said Leonard C Boyle, Acting US Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Kohl's Is Adding Sephora Beauty Boutiques To 850 Stores Kohl’s and Sephora have reached a deal to put mini makeup boutiques inside 850 Kohl’s department stores. Each Sephora will be about 2,500-square-feet in size and offer the same services found at independent Sephoras, according to a joint press release. Sephora is a makeup, skin, and hair care distributor based in France that is known for its wide selection and in-store makeup artists. The partnership is similar to the one Target and Ulta announced earlier this year. Mini Ulta Beauty boutiques will be added to Targets across the nation.
