The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) says the moose was killed in Hartford County around 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 17, in Hartland on Route 179. Woman From Region Driving Wrong Way On Roadway Nabbed For DUI, Police Say A 36-year-old woman was charged after police said she drove the wrong way on a Connecticut highway while intoxicated. She was arrested in New Haven County at about 12:40 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, according to Connecticut State Police. Hartford County resident Natalia Moreno, of Manchester, was seen driving the wrong way on Route 15 in North Haven, traveling south in the northbound lanes, state police reported.
