James Freeman Admits To Shooting Near Worcester Courthouse A 32-year-old man who attempted to kill the driver of a passing car next to a Worcester courthouse earlier this year will spend up to 11 years behind bars.  James Freeman IV, of Worcester, pleaded guilty to multiple felonies, including armed assault to murder, this week in connection with the Feb. 2, 2023 shooting, the Worcester County District Attorney announced.
