Man From Region Nabbed In 'Orange Truck' Road Rage Incident, Police Say A Connecticut man has been charged with threatening after allegedly pointing a gun at another driver while a 9-year-old relative was in his pickup truck during a road rage incident. Pair Of School Staffers In Region Accused Of Failing To Report Abuse Employees of a Connecticut school have been arrested on charges of failure to report abuse by a teacher. The incident, which included the arrest of the alleged abuser in January, took place in Litchfield County at the Plymouth Center School in Plymouth. Former Teacher In Region Charged With Sexual Assault, Police Say A former elementary school teacher in Connecticut is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing minors in his care as students, police announced. In Litchfield County, former Plymouth Center School educator James Eschert, age 51, turned himself in to police following a lengthy investigation into alleged inappropriate conduct between him and multiple minors who were his students at the time.
