Man From Region Stabs Victim, Injects Self With Fentanyl, Police Say A Connecticut man allegedly stabbed another man and then injected himself with a vial of fentanyl attempting to commit suicide. The incident took place in Hartford County around 10 p.m. Sunday, March 5 at 456 Elm St., in Windsor Locks. Officers responded to the home on a reported stabbing.
