Kohl's Is Adding Sephora Beauty Boutiques To 850 Stores Kohl’s and Sephora have reached a deal to put mini makeup boutiques inside 850 Kohl’s department stores. Each Sephora will be about 2,500-square-feet in size and offer the same services found at independent Sephoras, according to a joint press release. Sephora is a makeup, skin, and hair care distributor based in France that is known for its wide selection and in-store makeup artists. The partnership is similar to the one Target and Ulta announced earlier this year. Mini Ulta Beauty boutiques will be added to Targets across the nation.
