Fugitive Wanted For Making Bomb Threat Nabbed In Region, Police Say A 49-year-old man wanted for allegedly making a bomb threat and harassment in Tennessee was nabbed by Connecticut State Police. Hartford County resident Mark Frakl, of Marlborough, was arrested around 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, said the Connecticut State Police. Frakl's arrest comes after state police were contacted by the Hendersonville Police in Tennessee requesting assistance in locating him, state police said. Marico Ellis, age 24, went missing from Hartford Superior Court just after noontime on Thursday, Aug. 25, wearing a black shirt and pants, according to Connecticut State Police. The underlying charges for which Ellis was at court for include firearms, narcotics, and felony assault violations.  Ellis, a resident of Hartford, was not wearing shoes at the time, police said. Man From Region Pours Boiling Water On Sleeping Woman, Baby, Police Say A Connecticut man is behind bars after allegedly pouring boiling water on a woman and a baby, police announced. Tiston Ellis, age 25, of Hartford, was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 17, and charged with:  Assault; Risk of injury to a child; Reckless endangerment. The incident took place when the woman and infant were sleeping, said Lt. Aaron Boisvert, of the Hartford Police. Both suffered first and second-degree burns, he said.
