One Person Injured In Shooting, Springfield Police Investigating Detectives in Hampden County are investigating a Monday night, March 6, shooting in Springfield, authorities said.  Officers were called to Hebron Street just after 8:30 p.m. for a report of a gunshot victim, authorities said. Police found the man, and responders rushed him to Baystate Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.  Police did not release the man's name or an update on his condition Tuesday morning.  Springfield police detectives are investigating the shooting.

Teen Dies After House Fire Breaks Out In Massachusetts A teen was killed and an adult seriously injured during a raging house fire in Western Massachusetts, authorities announced. It happened in Hampden County around 9 a.m., Wednesday, March 9 at a home in Agawam.
