Woman, 22, Killed In Multi-Car Crash On Mass Turnpike In Grafton: Police A 22-year-old woman died after she was involved in a car crash in Worcester County that sprawled into a multi-car wreck on I-90, authorities said.  Claudia Lukas, of Longmeadow, was killed on Wednesday, Nov. 15, in Grafton after her Subaru and a Kia Sorento collided on I-90 and hit a center guardrail, State Police said. The cars came to a stop in the center of the highway and were hit by an oncoming vehicle.  The crashes caused a secondary wreck between two tractor-trailers and a box truck, authorities said. Worcester Man Admits To Purchasing MBTA Passes Using Others' Identities A Massachusetts man pleaded guilty to charges of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft in connection with using stolen identities to fraudulently purchase more than $150,000 in MBTA passes. Kokou Kuakumensah, age 31, of Worcester, pleaded guilty on Thursday, July 22, to one count of wire fraud and four counts of aggravated identity theft, said the U.S. Attorney's Office. Cold Case: Body Exhumed In Relation To Missing 10-Year-Old Girl Law enforcement officials exhumed a body this week as part of a cold case investigation into a missing 10-year-old girl. Holly Piirainen, 10, of Grafton, was killed in the summer fo 1993. She was kidnapped from Sturbridge on Aug. 5 while visiting her grandparents. Police said her remains were discovered in Brimfield by two hunters in about two months after her death. It is not clear whose body was exhumed in Sturbridge sometime during the week of Sept.
