Mass Police Lt. Charged With Child Rape, Placed On Administrative Leave: DA
Update: Winthrop Police Lieutenant James Feeley appeared in East Boston BMC on child rape and other related charges, the Suffolk District Attorney said on Wednesday, Dec. 27. The assaults happened over the past year, according to the assistant DA. Feeley was arrested by state police on Tuesday night, Dec. 26. He is held on $200,000 bail.
