One person is hospitalized after a wrong way driver crashed into a tractor-trailer on a Massachusetts highway, Quiet Corner Alerts reports. Police and firefighters were on the scene of a crash in Webster Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 25, where two people were seriously injured. Webster police tweeted that the wreck happened along Cudworth Road, and responders took two people to the hospital. Police ask drivers to avoid Cudworth Road for the time being as they clean up and investigate the scene. Police Fire and EMS are on scene at Cudworth Road investigating a serious motor vehicle accident. Two people were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Rollover Closes Section of I-395 Northbound
A portion of I-395, northbound, near Exit 3 in Webster has been closed early this morning, July 16. State Police report a rollover accident is the cause of the traffic snarls. The area is predicted to reopen around 10 a.m., according to the Massachusetts State Police live traffic map. As of 9 a.m., highway traffic was slowed to a crawl by Exit 3 and on the nearby Cudworth Road. Check back for updates to this unfolding story.
