Both Drivers Die In Head-On Collision, Route 16 Both drivers have died following a head-on motor vehicle collision on Route 16 Wednesday. On Thursday, Dec. 3, authorities said that both drivers had been killed in the crash, which involved a dump truck and a car, according to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette. The crash took place on Wednesday, Dec. 2, around 2:30 p.m. on Mendon Street (Route 16) in the area of Theresa Drive up to Blackstone Street in Uxbridge, police said.
