Man Charged With Murder Of Webster's Popular Local 'Can Man Joe' Authorities have charged a man with the murder of a popular local from Webster who was found stabbed to death almost a month ago.  Bernard Cusson is facing murder charges in connection with the killing of Joseph Bottis, age 39, at the Webster Commons Plaza in the early morning hours of June 17, Webster Police said on Facebook.  Bottis was known to the Webster community as "Can Man Joe," because he spent his days collecting cans and talking with the local community, according to his obituary.  "Joe loved Webster very much," his brother Jacob Luckhart said in a …
