Furr-Giveness Program At Central Mass Public Library System To Paws Soon March Meowness at the Worcester Public Library is coming to an end and the library system is 'feline' fine about how it went.  The program allows anyone with an overdue charge or lost or damaged book to have their fees forgiven if they bring a photo of a cat to one of the system's libraries. Any cat. Your cat. Feline photo from the internet. Get Free George's Coney Island Hot Dog In Central Mass With One Stipulation The Worcester Public Library has teamed up again with George's Coney Island to give free hot dogs to children and teens who check out books over the school break.  The promotion runs from Friday, Feb. 23, through Sunday.
