Gun Found After Fight At Chicopee High School: Police Police in Hampden County have arrested two teens after they were involved in a fight outside Chicopee High School that involved a gun, authorities said.  The 15 and 16-year-olds, whose names were not released because of their ages, were involved in the fight around 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 5, Chicopee police said.  Neither of the boys are students at the school, officers added.  The fight began as the school was letting out for the day. Ghost Gun Found At High School In Region Following Fight Three students were arrested following a fight at a Connecticut high school in which a loaded ghost gun was found. The fight took place in Litchfield County in New Milford around 9:20 a.m., Tuesday, April 26 at New Milford High School. Apparent School Violence Threat Under Investigation In Western Mass Police in Western Massachusetts were called into action to investigate a rumor regarding an alleged threat made toward an area high school. In Hampden County, the Ludlow Police Department issued an alert after it was alerted to a threat regarding school violence at the high school shortly before 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 2. According to Lt. David R.G. Irwin, working with administrators at the Ludlow High School, they traced the rumor back to its source, a student at the high school, and ultimately determined that the threat was not credible.
