Central Mass Man Busted With Kidnapping Teen From North Carolina: Police Police arrested a Worcester County man over the weekend and accused him of abducting a North Carolina teenager, authorities said.  Michael Oliver, of Clinton, was arrested on Saturday, June 29, and charged with trafficking of a child victim, abduction of a child, and soliciting a child with an electronic device, the Norwood (NC) police department said.  Oliver is believed to have been in contact with the 16-year-old for a year before the abduction, reports from North Carolina said.  Oliver and the girl were found in Berlin. 1-Year-Old Boy Killed By Family Dogs In Region A 1-year-old Connecticut boy died after being attacked by two family dogs. The incident took place in East Hartford in a home on Fuller Avenue around 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 13. According to East Hartford Police Officer Marc Caruso, officers responded to the home where they found the boy had been bitten several times by a dog. The police and fire department personnel on the scene performed lifesaving measures, and the child was transported to the hospital by ASM, Caruso said. The boy later died at the hospital, he added. 66 Residents Evacuated Due To Burst Pipe At Greater Boston Area Senior Living Facility 66 residents needed to be evacuated after a burst pipe at a senior living facility in Reading, authorities said.  Police and fire departments responded to a report of a pipe burst at The Residence at Pear Street, located at 75 Pearl Street, around 11:53 a.m. on Monday, June 27, both departments said in a release.  While no injuries were reported, power was cut to the building and residents were said to still being evacuated as of 5:30 p.m., the release said.  The facility is notifying family members of residents and working to find alternative living accommodations for those…
