Woman Caught Driving Wrong Way In Construction Zone In Region, Police Say A Connecticut woman was busted allegedly driving drunk or high on drugs in the wrong direction in a construction zone on Route 9. The incident took place in Farmington around 12:40 a.m., on Wednesday, Aug. 31. According to state police, Mindy Lee Rivera, age 37, of New Britain was arrested after troopers responded to a two-vehicle crash on Route 9 South where I-84 East and West merge.  Upon arrival, troopers found two vehicles in the left lane adjacent to the construction pattern just north of the Route 9 turnaround and Rivera standing in between the left and right lanes on Route 9 So…
