Investigation Underway After Man Shot In His Home By Trooper In Region An investigation is underway by the state Office of Inspector General, of an officer-involved shooting of a man who allegedly threatened police with knives at a home in Connecticut. The incident took place in Tolland County around 2:15 p.m., Friday, March 1 on Meadow Road in Bolton.
