18-Year-Old Killed In Single-Vehicle Crash In Region One teenager was killed and another injured in a single-vehicle crash in Connecticut. It happened around 3:50 p.m. Friday, March 11 in the Town of Haddam when the vehicle, a 2014 Chevrolet Corvette, was traveling southbound on Route 154, according to Connecticut State Police. While negotiating a left curve n the roadway (south of Landing Road), the 19-year-old lost control of vehicle, police said.
