It happened around 4:40 a.m. Sunday, June 25 in Windham County on Allen Hill Road near Route 205 in the small town of Brooklyn. It happened around 8:45 p.m., Saturday, April 9, on Route 6 Windham County in the town of Hampton, said the Connecticut State Police. Tolland County resident Jeffrey Wayne Goulart, age 28, of the town of Hebron, was killed after driving his Subaru the wrong way on Route 6, slamming into a Ford Escape driven by a 16-year-old head-on, and then hit a Hyundai Elantra on the passenger side before it traveled off the roadway, state police said. 16-Year-Old Killed After Crashing Pickup Into Tree In Region, Police Say A Connecticut teenager is dead after driving his 2004 Ford F250 Super Duty pickup off the roadway and hitting a tree. Middlesex County resident Connor Young, age 16, of East Haddam, was killed around 7:50 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 3, on Mott Road, said the Connecticut State Police. Young was headed west near the East Haddam Turnpike when for an unknown reason the pickup veered left crossing the eastbound travel lane, state police said.
