Four-Alarm Fire Completely Destroys $3 Million South Shore Home (Update) A 4-alarm fire burned a massive South Shore home, worth more than $3 million, to the ground on Monday afternoon, authorities said.  Crews from several neighboring departments responded to the fire at 4 Mann Street in Hingham around 12:50 p.m. on Monday, July 11, the Hingham Fire Department said.  Upon arrival, crews found large amounts of smoking coming from the 6,000-square-foot home and it was dubbed a total loss. According to a listing on Zillow, the house was sold for $3.2 million on June 10.  #HFD C-1 & Engine-7 worked this 4th alarm fire at 4 Mann Street in Hingham.
