Fundraiser For Family Of Mass Officer Killed In Line Of Duty Created
A fundraiser has been created for the family of a Waltham police officer who was killed in the line of duty earlier this month in a hit-and-run crash that left another person dead and two others hospitalized. Officer Paul Tracey was killed on Dec. 6 while managing traffic at a National Grid job site. Utility employee Roderick "Kito" Jackson was also killed when a man crashed into them and kept driving. Severe Crash: Both Drivers Walk Away From South Deerfield Wreck, Despite Damage To Cars
Somehow, no one was seriously injured in a South Deerfield wreck on Tuesday, May 23, that trapped one driver inside their car and totaled another, authorities said. The two-car crash happened just before 5 p.m. at the intersection of Mill Village Road and Greenfield Road, South Deerfield first responders said. A 32-year-old mother is facing charges in connection with the murders of two young children at a home on the South Shore, authorities said. Lindsay Clancy was charged in the deaths of her children who were found in their Duxbury home this week, Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz announced on Wednesday, Jan. 25. One Sherborn officer takes walking a beat to a whole new level. Officer Doug Kingsley is hiking across Massachusetts —219 miles — to raise awareness of the mental health struggles of his brothers and sisters in uniform.
