38-Year-Old Killed In Horrific Crash On I-91 A 38-year-old tow-truck driver assisting a disabled driver on I-91 in Connecticut died after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in New Haven County, officials said. 36-Year-Old Woman Killed In Western Mass Crash Massachusetts State Police detectives are investigating a fatal rollover crash that left a 36-year-old woman dead and a minor with serious injuries. State Police troopers in Westfield responded to the single-vehicle crash on Route 90 at 1:45 p.m. on Friday, June 18 in Chicopee, where there was a report of a driver and passenger who suffered serious injuries on the roadway. State Police Asking For Witness, Dash Cam Video In Fatal CT Crash Connecticut State Police are asking motorists who may have dash cameras for help with a fatal crash. The crash, which killed Iris Nereida Maldonado, age 39, of Bristol, took place around 3:50 a.m., Monday, June 7, on I-84 in East Hartford, state police said.  State police said Maldonado’s 2001 Honda Civic LX was headed west on I-84 behind a 2012 Freightliner Cascadia tractor-trailer when it hit the back of the truck.
