Central Mass Man Busted With Kidnapping Teen From North Carolina: Police Police arrested a Worcester County man over the weekend and accused him of abducting a North Carolina teenager, authorities said.  Michael Oliver, of Clinton, was arrested on Saturday, June 29, and charged with trafficking of a child victim, abduction of a child, and soliciting a child with an electronic device, the Norwood (NC) police department said.  Oliver is believed to have been in contact with the 16-year-old for a year before the abduction, reports from North Carolina said.  Oliver and the girl were found in Berlin. Central Mass Police Cruiser Totaled By Drunk Driver Who Blew Stop Sign While a Sutton Police officer was unscathed from a recent accident, the same cannot be said about his cruiser.  Sergeant Joe Fortunato was heading towards main Street on Putnam Hill Road when his cruiser was hit by a car that did not stop at a stop sign on Sunday, Sutton Police said on Facebook.  The crash caused significant damage to Sgt.
