Man Dies After Being Struck By Car On Busy Roadway In Region An investigation is underway after a 41-year-old man was killed after being struck by a car on a busy Connecticut roadway. The incident happened around 5:25 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30 in Tolland County, in the Town of Andover.
