Teen Out On Bail Charged With Firing Gun Outside Eastern Mass Apartment Complex: DA A teenager who was already out on bail for another alleged crime now faces several felony charges after police say he fired a gun at someone he was supposed to meet in Burlington earlier this month. Part of the description the victim gave to investigators was the shooter wore a GPS-monitoring bracelet.  Police were able to trace down the alleged shooter to a teen who has an open case in Bristol County, authorities said.  State troopers arrested the boy, who police did not name, on Tuesday, Oct. 24, in the backseat of a car in Boston. North End Court Officer Threw Man Down Stairs, Breaking His Legs Over Couch Dispute: DA A 53-year-old Boston man who savagely beat another man to the point of needing surgery is a court officer at the Charlestown Division of Boston Municipal Court, authorities said.  Anthony Firicano got into an argument with a man at his North End apartment building after the man's friend was making noise while moving a couch, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said.  Firicano threatened to shoot and kill the man and his friend for causing a disturbance before he punched the man in the face and threw him down a set of stairs, the office said. The man broke several bones in both of…
