Here's How You Can Get Around Boston During The 30-Day Orange Line Shutdown The MBTA released information for riders about navigating Boston in preparation of a historic 30-day shutdown of the Orange Line. The shutdown from Oak Grove to Forest Hills will begin at 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 19 and end on Monday, Sept. 19, as previously reported by Daily Voice.
