Waltham Man Guilty Of Trying To Pay To Rape 12-Year-Old Girl: Feds
A Waltham man was found guilty of negotiating with what he believed to be a human trafficker to have sex with a child, authorities said. Misael Fabian Medina, 38, was convicted of one count of attempted sex trafficking of a child; and one count of attempted coercion and enticement, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said. Medina responded to an online advertisement offering sex with two young girls for cash in November 2022, federal authorities said.
