(Update) Tanker Truck Crash Causes Fuel Spill, Road Closure In Billerica: Police Update: Officials are investigating the three-vehicle crash involving a tanker truck carrying several thousand gallons of fuel on Route 3 north in Billerica on Wednesday morning, Nov. 15. Evidence, including a dash-cam video, shows that the driver of the tanker wasn't responsible for causing the crash, the Massachusetts State Police said in its latest update. Authorities are also investigating whether either driver of the other two vehicles should be charged or cited.
