Chicopee Man Gets Up To 13 Years In Prison For Raping Multiple Children: DA A Hampden County man found guilty of multiple heinous crimes against two children will spend more than a decade behind bars, a judge ruled this week.  Kenneth Arroyo, 41, of Chicopee, was sentenced to 12 to 13 years in prison after being convicted of two counts each of aggravated rape of a child, indecent assault and battery over 14, and indecent assault and battery under 14, the Hampden District Attorney said.  A jury convicted Arroyo on April 9, and he was sentenced on Tuesday, April 23.  Arroyo was accused of sexually abusing two children he knew who were between the ages…
