Found: Boston 16-Year-Old Not Seen For A Week: Police Police announced that Jahkari Howard was found on Friday, Feb. 17, according to the Boston Police Department.  Police are seeking the public's help to locate a teen last seen leaving a relatives house a week before police announced his disappearance.  Jahkari Howard, of Dorchester, was last seen on Wednesday, Feb. 8 around 8:00 p.m. leaving a family member's house on Blue Hill Avenue, according to the Boston Police Department.
