Drug Trafficker Convicted On 16 Counts Of Distributing Fentanyl In Chelsea: DA A Suffolk County jury convicted a 31-year-old Chelsea man Thursday, March 16, on multiple counts of trafficking fentanyl following an eight-day trial, authorities said.  James Oliveras, who also goes by the name Christian Hernandez, was found guilty of 14 counts of distribution of a Class A substance, and one charge each of trafficking in fentanyl of 10 grams or more and trafficking in fentanyl between 18-36 grams, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office announced. The jury deliberated for 15 hours before returning their verdict.  A judge will sentence Olivera…
