12 Counts Of Rape: Lynn Sex Offender Convicted Of Abusing Children, DA Says A registered sex offender from Lynn has been convicted of a dozen counts of rape and sexually abusing multiple children, officials said. William Forbes, age 69, was convicted of 12 felony counts for raping and sexually abusing children on Tuesday, May 2, according to the Essex County District Attorney's Office.
