MBTA's Proposed Bus Changes Spark Outrage From Area Commuters The MBTA has set out to completely redo its bus network, and the proposed changes are garnering mixed reactions from area commuters.   The MBTA's "Bus Network Redesign" was created to reflect several changes Boston and its surrounding areas have seen in recent years.
