Aceituna Grill, a fast-casual restaurant chain, opened a new location at 267 Newbury Street at the end of March, according to the restaurant's Facebook page. The eatery cooks up scratch-made dishes from authentic recipes available in a dine-in or take-out format.

The Mediterranean grill offers salads, pitas, and rice plates, all customizable with an array of sides and fillings. Their core offering is schwarma, a method of cooking marinated meat on a rotating vertical grill. The restaurant promises that their chicken breast, beef, and lamb are all hand-carved to order and never processed.

For dessert, diners can choose from baklava or osmalieh to round out their Mediterranean experience.

The Newbury location's menu has something extra for the 21+ crowd, serving up their own versions of an espresso martini, a smoky margarita, and more.

"As a picky Lebanese woman, I am so happy I found a place that tastes just like home," said a Yelp reviewer of Aceituna Grill's Cambridge location. "I was blown away by the quality, freshness and richness of the food...You can tell that this restaurant was made with love."
