Much-Loved Shirley Eatery Robbed, Community Seeks To Help Identify Suspect A "vigilante passerby" alerted police to the robbery of a local restaurant which is now working to identify the suspect.  A man broke into the Phoenix Bar & Grill, located at 4 Ayer Road in Shirley, on Sunday, June 25 at approximately 3 a.m., according to the Shirley Police Department.  A passerby noticed that something was not right and alerted the police, according to a post on the Phoenix Bar & Grill's Facebook page.
