Marlborough-Based BJ's To Pay $9M For Not Reporting AC Defect Linked To Death, Feds Say BJ's Wholesale Club has agreed to pay $9 million in penalties for failing to immediately report a known defect with an air conditioner it sold linked to the death of a mother after a house fire.
