Dracut Man Arrested For Drunk Driving With Semi-Automatic Rifle In Backseat A 66-year-old man racked up firearm charges when he got behind the wheel drunk with a semi-automatic rifle loose in his backseat, according to officials.  Police received a report of a possibly drunk driver in a black Ford 350 pickup truck near 1788 Main Street in Tewksbury around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21, according to the Tewksbury Police Department.  The Ford's driver, Ronald Charette, of Dracut, was found in a parking lot and was arrested after police determined him to be under the influence of alcohol by police.  A search of Charette's vehicle found an unsecured se…
