Specialty Gift Shop Closing After Making North Andover 'Unique' For 19 Years A local gift shop that became the North Shore's spot for specialty trinkets is closing after nearly 20 years in business.  Kellee Twadelle, owner of Rose & Dove Specialty Gift Shop in North Andover, has decided to retire after running the store for 19 years. While the decision to close was bittersweet, Twadelle said she is excited for her future endeavors.  "Thank you to the generations that have passed through these doors and your commitment in supporting my small business.
