'I'm Gonna Kill You': Accused Boston Gunman Denied Bail — Again: DA A 54-year-old Boston man accused of shooting out the window of a bakery while trying to kill his rival will remain in jail until at least May 1, authorities announced on Wednesday, Nov. 1.  Patrick Mendoza faces seven charges felony charges from the alleged shooting on July 12, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said. He's been held without bail since his arrest in the summer.
