Support Floods In For Suffolk Deputy Who Got Life-Threatening Diagnosis Days Before Christmas A Suffolk County corrections officer who suffered a series of seizures over the holidays is now recovering after undergoing a lengthy surgery to remove a mass found on his brain. Deputy Jonathan Corey, 37, has worked with the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department since November 2011 and is assigned the South Bay House of Correction at Bradston Street. Corey, who is from Leominster and now lives in Boston with his wife Christine and their puppy Buddy, suffered through multiple seizures and from that found out he had a large mass on his brain just six days before Christmas, a Facebook post said…
