Alban Dobra, 39, is charged with manslaughter stemming from an assault that happened shortly after 5 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 1, according to the Essex County District Attorney’s Office. Peabody police responded to a medical emergency at a home on Esquire Drive in Peabody, where they found Mimosa Sawtelle, 54, with serious head trauma outside of the single-family home.
