Weston To Open Restaurant At Historic Josiah Smith Tavern Weston is about to get its first restaurant with a liquor license since the Prohibition era of the 1920s. Brian Piccini — who owns Boston Urban Hospitality and runs Boston Chops, bar, and Deuxave — is set to change Weston’s nightlife scene by opening The Woods at the Josiah Smith Tavern at 358 Boston Post Road.
