Firefighter Hospitalized, 50 Displaced In Dracut 3-Alarm Fire A firefighter was injured when part of the ceiling of a 24-unit apartment fell while he fought a raging fire, officials say.  The fire at the apartment building, located at 200 Merrill Lane in Dracut, was reported around 9:14 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, according to the Dracut Fire Department. Heavy fire had broken out from a second-floor apartment towards the back of the building.
