Daniel Uhlman is facing several charges including armed assault to murder a person over 60 in connection with the death of his mother Nancy Uhlman, the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office reports.
Marlborough Police responded the a Lakeside Avenue hotel on Thursday afternoon, June 1, where they found Nancy's body and arrested Daniel, as previously reported by Daily Voice.
Initial investigation suggests the duo got into a fight in the parking lot where Daniel allegedly attacked his mother and hit her with her truck, the DA's Office added.
Daniel is expected to be arraigned in Marlborough District Court on Friday. The investigation is ongoing.
